Guests dining at Kai Sushi can choose from two prix-fixe menu sets. One option includes a sashimi and tempura set featuring assorted sashimi (maguro, shake, shime saba, and hamachi), an assortment of tempura (jumbo shrimp, asparagus, shiitake, Japanese eggplant), plus miso soup, rice, salad, pickled vegetables, and fruit sashimi.
The second option features a surf & turf maki roll set. This includes assorted sashimi (maguro and shake), a maki roll filled with shrimp tempura and wagyu beef, and the same sides: tempura, miso soup, salad, pickled vegetables, and fruit sashimi.
